What is the difference between Delray Skin and Delray Dermatology?

Delray Dermatology + Cosmetic Center is our full medical and cosmetic dermatology practice, offering medical care, skin cancer screenings, Mohs surgery, Plastic Surgery reconstruction and advanced lasers in a traditional clinical setting.

Delray Skin is our new spa + integrative wellness studio—focused on luxury facials, injectables, scalp + body treatments, biohacking therapies, longevity medicine, and restorative wellness rituals. Both locations share the same dermatology-led philosophy, but Delray Skin provides a spa-like, multisensory, integrative experience designed for relaxation, rejuvenation, and whole-body optimization.

What should I expect during my visit?

From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a calming, elevated environment designed to feel like a retreat. Your practitioner will guide you through a personalized consultation, discuss your skin or wellness goals, and tailor your treatment plan specifically for you. Expect a blend of clinical expertise and spa-level relaxation—where results and experience are equally important. Every service is customized, thoughtful, and grounded in our integrative approach to skin and whole-body health.

Do memberships roll over?

Yes. All Delray Skin membership credits roll over month to month as long as your membership remains active. You can save your credits for higher-value treatments, wellness sessions, series packages, or a full rejuvenation plan. Credits never expire while you’re a member, giving you complete flexibility to create your own routine.

Who performs the services?

All treatments are performed by highly trained medical aestheticians, wellness specialists, nurses, and board-certified dermatology providers, and longevity medical practitioners depending on the service. Injectables and medical procedures are performed exclusively by licensed board certified medical professionals. Every provider at Delray Skin is hand-selected and trained under Dr. Francesca Lewis, MD to ensure results that are natural, safe, and beautifully refined.

Do you take insurance at Delray Skin?

Unlike Delray Dermatology + Cosmetic Center, our full-service medical dermatology practice that accepts insurance for traditional medical dermatologic care, Delray Skin is designed as a concierge-style destination for aesthetic, wellness, functional, integrative, and longevity medicine.

Because these services—including integrative dermatology and internal medicine visits, functional testing, and wellness-based treatments—are not covered by insurance, Delray Skin does not accept insurance at this location.

What this allows us to offer is something different: unhurried, highly personalized care without the limitations of insurance-driven medicine. Patients at Delray Skin benefit from longer appointment times, access to board-certified physicians and advanced practitioners at the top of their fields, individualized treatment plans, cutting-edge testing and therapies, and a dedicated support team focused on continuity, education, and outcomes.

Dr. Diana Abovsky

Dr. Diana Abovsky earned her Master of Science in Chinese Medicine from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco and later completed a doctorate in Chinese medicine at Five Branches University in San Jose, California.

She is a Florida-licensed Acupuncture Physician through the State of Florida Department of Health. Before pursuing Chinese medicine, Dr. Abovsky worked extensively in biomedical research and also taught a course in alternative medicine at the UCSF School of Medicine.

Dr. Abovsky focuses on treating chronic conditions including digestive, autoimmune, neurological, musculoskeletal and more. She is dedicated to Classical Chinese medicine as it was practiced since ancient times, recognizing its time-tested approach. She is passionate about integrative care and believes in collaborating with a team of medical providers as a key part of helping patients feel their best long term.

Mackenzie Beynon

Mackenzie Beynon is a certified hypnotherapist and transformational coach specializing in subconscious healing, emotional wellness, and mind-body balance. With training in hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT, Systemic Family Constellations, sound healing, and integrative healing arts, she creates a compassionate and personalized approach to helping clients release stress, shift limiting patterns, and reconnect with their inner calm and confidence. 

Mackenzie combines intuitive guidance with evidence-based techniques to support deep relaxation, emotional healing, and personal transformation.

Emily Jones, MSN, FNP-BC

Emily Jones is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in dermatology-focused patient care, with clinical experience spanning dermatology, oncology, pulmonology, gynecology, and vascular surgery. 

She earned her undergraduate degree in health education from the University of Florida and her Master’s degree in nursing from the University of Miami. At Delray Dermatology she combines clinical dermatologic care with interests in fitness, nutrition, and preventative health to support patients in achieving long-term skin health and overall wellness. 

Tara Koth, RN, BSN

Tara Koth, RN, BSN, is a registered nurse at Delray Skin specializing in laser treatments, IV therapy, and integrative aesthetic care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2018. Tara works extensively with advanced laser technologies, including Aerolase and AdvaTx, to address concerns such as acne, pigmentation, sun damage, and overall skin health across diverse skin types. 

She also provides customized IV therapy services, incorporating vitamin and antioxidant infusions to support skin health, energy, and overall wellness. Her clinical philosophy blends advanced technology with wellness-based care, focusing on inner and outer skin optimization to achieve balanced, healthy, and radiant skin.

Christina Fred, APRN

Christina works closely with both Dr. Lewis and Dr. Avi, bringing advanced training in functional and longevity medicine, root-cause care, dermatology, and nutrition.

She plays a key role in:

Victoria Giordano is a licensed aesthetician at Delray Skin, specializing in advanced skincare treatments and lash and brow services. She received her aesthetics license from Boca Beauty Academy in Boca Raton in 2020. Victoria has spent the past five years specializing in lash artistry, focusing on enhancing each client’s natural features through customized lash and brow services. 

In addition to lash extensions and brow treatments, she performs personalized facials and head spa treatments designed to promote healthy skin, relaxation, and overall scalp and skin wellness.Her approach to aesthetics focuses on tailored treatments that support both skin health and natural beauty, combining results-driven skincare with a relaxing, elevated client experience.
