Start with your concern

What bothers you when you look?

Nobody walks in asking for radiofrequency. They walk in with an area. Tell us the area and what you would change about it, and we will tell you which of the three technologies it answers to, in what order, and what it will take.

A stubborn area

A pocket that diet and training never touch: the lower belly, flanks, inner thighs, under the chin, the bra line.

Loose or crepey skin

Arms, knees, abdomen or neck that have lost their snap, after weight change, pregnancy, or simply time.

Tone I have lost

A core, glutes or arms that feel softer than they used to, and a schedule that does not allow for two-a-days.

A combination

Most people are some of all three. That is exactly why we plan the sequence instead of selling a single treatment.

The three technologies

Fat, skin and muscle each answer to something different

This is what we work with and why. Which ones you need, and in what order, is what your plan is for.

For fat

CoolSculpting

Chill and sculpt

Controlled cooling freezes fat cells in a targeted area. The body clears them naturally over the following weeks, and they do not come back. Abdomen, flanks, inner and outer thighs, upper arms, under the chin and the bra line.

No needles, no downtime, back to your day

Results build over one to three months

Often paired with Emsculpt Neo to tone what is underneath

For skin

Sofwave

Lift and tighten

Synchronous ultrasound heats the mid-layer of the skin, where collagen lives, without touching the surface. New collagen builds over the following weeks, so skin looks firmer and lifted. Arms, abdomen, knees, thighs, neck and jawline, and for the look of cellulite.

A single treatment for most areas

No downtime, results develop over about twelve weeks

The tightening step in almost every body plan we write

For muscle and fat

Emsculpt Neo

Tone and tighten

High-intensity electromagnetic energy contracts the muscle thousands of times in a session, while radiofrequency warms and reduces the fat above it. It is a workout your body could not do on its own. Abdomen, glutes, arms, calves and thighs.

Four sessions, about a week apart, thirty minutes each

Builds muscle and reduces fat in the same visit

Maintenance sessions keep the result

How we plan it

One plan, in the right order

1

Tell us what you would change

In the form below, at the desk, or in a complimentary Skin Plan with Tara Koth, RN. We will also ask what you are comfortable investing, so the plan is built to a number you chose.

2

We read the area, not the brochure

Skin quality, fat, muscle and how they sit together decide the order. DEXA body composition is available when the whole picture matters more than one area.

3

One written plan, in sequence

Which technology, which areas, how many sessions and when. Most body plans live on a membership, so the series and the maintenance are already accounted for.

If the whole picture is the concern

Weight, metabolism, hormones: start with Dr. Avi

Body sculpting refines shape in specific areas. When the real question is why the weight will not move, the Deep Dive with Dr. Avi comes first: labs, DEXA body composition, and a plan. Sculpting follows once the plan is working.

Which one do I need?+

You do not have to know. Fat, loose skin and lost tone each answer to a different technology, and most people have some of each. Tell us the area and what bothers you about it and we will map the sequence in a complimentary Skin Plan.

Is there downtime?+

No. CoolSculpting, Sofwave and Emsculpt Neo are all non-surgical with no recovery period. You may be a little sore after Emsculpt Neo, the way you would be after a hard workout, and CoolSculpting areas can feel numb or tender for a few days.

When will I see results?+

Emsculpt Neo shows first, over a few weeks as the series finishes. CoolSculpting results appear over one to three months as the body clears the treated fat. Sofwave builds over about twelve weeks as new collagen forms.

Are these a substitute for weight loss?+

No. Body sculpting refines shape and skin in specific areas. If overall weight, metabolism or hormones are the concern, Dr. Avi’s Deep Dive is where we start, and body sculpting can follow once the plan is in place.

What does it cost?+

It depends on the area, the technology and the number of sessions, which is why we do not publish a menu. Your Skin Plan comes with real prices, built to the budget you give us, and members use credits toward every session.
