It takes about fifteen minutes and covers every body system mast cells can affect. Your provider reads it before you arrive, so the visit starts where your symptoms actually are rather than at the beginning.
Set aside enough time to finish it in one sitting. After you submit, you will get a link that lets you go back and change an answer if you need to.
